Broadband Over Airwaves
With the convergence of media and the web the ability to get content to your audience is more and more dependant on broadband availability. Here is yet another methodology for making broadband Internet as pervasive as possible. It will be interesting to see how the FCC responds to this device. A very powerful consortium is behind this endeavor: Microsoft, Google, Dell, Hewlett-Packard, Intel and Philips so with all these big companies trying to make this a reality we will hopefully see this come to reality some time in early 2009.
